A MK Series Mobile Jaw Crusher is a movable jaw crusher plant. It can be moved by a tracked device. This is a new type of mobile jaw crusher which is designed and manufactured by optimizing structure, material selection, process, assembly and other aspects.

Features

It is widely used in the crushing and treatment of construction waste, quarry stone, mine ore, etc.
The machine adopts hydraulic system to drive the track, so as to achieve smooth walking, and can adapt to a variety of complex field conditions.
It can operate the ordinary flatbed trailer remotely by one person to realize fast transition.
Through the two sides of the wedge by mechanical or hydraulic adjustment of the crusher discharge mouth, not only safe and reliable, but also save the downtime.

Working Principle

A Track Mobile Jaw Crusher is composed of the tracked chassis, frame assembly, hosts & accessory devices, power system and hydraulic electronic control system. When moving, powered by power system and driven by hydraulic electronic control system, the tracked chassis can move. During installation, under the control of hydraulic electronic control system, the power system drives actions of the hydraulic cylinder and other related devices to finish installation automatically. When working, under the control of hydraulic electronic control system, the power system drives hosts and accessory devices to work. After materials are crushed and screened, finished products are transported by belt conveyors.
