Overview

This is a aggregate sand crushing plant installed in Peru. Our customer use it to process aggregate and sand. The crushing capacity is less than 80 tons per hour. It is a samll basalt stone crushing plant.

Applications

This production line is used to make aggregate sand for construction, road laying, water conservancy industry, etc. It can produce four size of aggregate. 

Configuration

GZG100 Suspended vibrating feeder + PE400x600 jaw crusher + HC600 cone crusher + 3YA1548 vibrating screen + belt conveyor + integrated control system. We selected a small jaw crusher and a compouned spring cone crusher for sand production line.
